Glow Frequency Rituals – Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Glow Frequency Rituals products. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Change of Mind

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, tested or had their protective seal removed simply because you have changed your mind.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for a change-of-mind return if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned in their original, unused and saleable condition. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, leaking or you have received the incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at crystalunicornsparkle@gmail.com

Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where appropriate so we can assist you.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Skin Reactions

Everyone’s skin is different. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list before purchasing and patch testing a new skincare product before incorporating it into your routine.

If you experience irritation or an unexpected reaction, discontinue use.

A sensitivity or individual reaction to an ingredient does not automatically mean a product is faulty. However, please contact us if you have concerns and we will do our best to assist.
