Glow Frequency Rituals – Shipping Policy

We carefully prepare each Glow Frequency Rituals order and aim to have your skincare goodies on their way to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Times
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, promotions and busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Australia Post Shipping
All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Australia Post delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, peak periods, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage costs may apply to resend it.

Delayed or Missing Parcels
If your tracking appears unusually delayed or your parcel hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we’ll help you investigate with Australia Post.

Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the parcel, packaging and affected products and contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Local Pickup – Mandurah
If you decide to offer local pickup, customers can select this option at checkout. Pickup details will be provided once the order is ready for collection.
